Frozen cauliflower is a popular product because it is easy to store and use. As with other frozen vegetables, frozen cauliflower retains most of its nutrients, including vitamins and minerals.

Cauliflower is rich in vitamin C, B vitamins, folic acid, calcium, iron and other minerals. Frozen cauliflower is also a good source of fibre.

However, as with any frozen product, cauliflower can lose some nutrients during the freezing process. Therefore, it is best to make sure cauliflower is frozen quickly and stored properly to retain as many nutrients as possible.
